He is survived by: his sibling Oaks Baptist Church; his children, Bridgett Dawn Greenhill (Derrick) and Joshua Carter (Melinda Jones) of Paris; his mother Billie Fay Broadway of Milan; his siblings, Susan Thompson (Alan) of Milan, Teresa Mealer of San Bernardino, Billy Raymond Carter of McKenzie, William Carter (Christie) of McKenzie and Gary Lee Carter (Jessica) of Jackson; and his grandchildren, Jeremy, Cameron, Keegan and Eva.
