He is survived by: his wife Sandee Finley of Milan, TN.; and his children, Dustin McMinn of Milan, Randy McMinn (Lesa) of Jackson, TN, Susan Holt (David) of Oakland, TN and Sherry Lynn Baney of Waupun, WI. He is also survived by five grandkids.
