He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Wade and Lona Thomason Wade; and his brothers, James Wade and Neal Wade. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Kay Baker Wade of Milan; his son Scott Wade (Lora) of Hastings, FL; his grandchildren, Brock Wade, Brett Wade, Jenna Wade, Jude Odom, Joy Odom and Lakelynn Wade; his daughter Penny Wade of Milan; his grandchildren, Savannah Street (River), Madison Dixon and Lee Dixon; his great grandchild Baker Street; his son Paul Wade (Celie) of Gibson; his grandchildren, Caylie Wade, Jaxon Wade and E. J. Dudley; his sisters, Thelma Bass of Milan and Linda Reynolds of Greenfield; his nephew Jason McKinney (Lisa) of Milan; his grandson Davis McKinney; and his close friend Dallas.
