He was predeceased by: his wife Iris Matheny Stinson; his son Charles Lee Stinson; and his siblings, Louise Bynum, Morie Zietts, Helen Nelson and Raymond Stinson.
He is survived by: his children, Mary Beth Johnson (Jim) of Nashville, TN, John Stinson of Lexington, KY and Jeff Stinson (Sandra) of Milan, TN; his grandchildren, Betty Kay Williams (Jake), Mary Jo Dahms (Jesse) and Sam Stinson; and his great grandchild Ross Williams.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Oakwood Cemetery Association or to the charity of the donor's choice.
