He is survived by: his wife Lavern Smith of Milan; his children, Tony Smith (Rhonda) of Clinton, TN, Keith Smith (Wanda) of Milan and Susan Smith Holbrook (Lenie) of Athens, OH; and his siblings, Johnny Smith (Alberta) of Henderson, TN and Shirley Smith Talley (Dossie) of Henderson, TN. He is also survived by Grandchildren - 7, Great-Grandchildren.
