He is survived by: his sons, Mark McDonald (Kay) of Atwood and Mike McDonald of Nashville; his granddaughters, Christie Ward (Leven), Lori Ashley (Matthew) and Sara Ann McDonald; and his great grandchildren, Hope Cunningham, Randal Lusk, Russel McDonald, Leven Ward, Maria Cunningham, Anna Ward and Walker Ashley.
