He is survived by: his wife Linda Carter of Milan; his children, Melissa Fuller of Trenton and Michael Carter (Sarah) of Milan; his sister Cindy Yelverton of Jackson; and his grandchildren, Braxton Fuller of Trenton, William Carter of Milan, John Carter of Milan, James Carter of Milan and Thomas Carter of Milan.
