He is survived by: his wife Barbara McLean Rollins of Milan; his children, Debbie Rollins McGaughey (Kevin) of Milan and Howard Devon "Dee" Rollins, II (Diane) of Milan; his brother Jack Rollins (Martha) of Atlanta; and his grandchildren, Marisa Katherine McGaughey and Ryan Rolllins McGaughey (Rebekah). He is also survived by great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Memphis or to the Northside Baptist Church in Milan, TN.
