He was predeceased by: his parents, Jeffrey Lewis and Gussie Simpson Lewis; and his son John Smith. He is survived by: his children, Tina Medley of Paris and Jeff Lewis (Dawn) of Tecumseh, KS. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
