He was predeceased by: his father Dan; his wife Peggy Lynn Johnson Fain; and his brother John R. "Jack" Fain. He is survived by: his children, Dan Fain of Florida and Mary Lynn Bryant (Mike) of Milan; and his grandchildren, Faine Elizabeth Williams (David) of Milan and Zach Fuchs of Milan.
