He is survived by: his children, Billy Frank Hatcher of Millington, TN and Brenda Kay Hatcher of Chicago, IL; his brother Robert Hatcher (Margie) of Marietta, MS; his parents, Jessie Hatcher and Verlie Nelson Hatcher (Phyllis Hatcher); and his siblings, James Hatcher, Bonnie Frances and Mary Frances. He is also survived by Grandchildren - 3 Great Grandchildren.
