He was predeceased by: his father James Lee Howard of Tiptonville, Tennessee; and his grandparents, Edward, Pauline Howard of Trenton and Velma Turner of Tiptonville, Tennessee.. He is survived by: his mother Beth Jones Cummings of Milan, Tennessee; his children, Alex Jordan Howard of Milan, Tennessee, Kaylah Brooke Howard of Tiptonville, Erica Leighann Howard of Troy and Kristin Doyle of Nashville, Tennessee; his grandchildren, Levi, Payton, Bayleigh, Brooklyn, Riley and Jaythan; and his siblings, Brad Howard (Kayla), Joey Howard, Mikie Hamra, Carol England (Joe) and Wendy Alsup.
