It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Deborah Bowlin (Milan, Tennessee), who passed away on December 13, 2019, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Travis Lee Carter, Sr. and Catherine Carter; her children, Russell Bowlin of Milan and Stephanie McIntyre (Mike) of Murfreesboro, TN; her granddaughters, Mia McIntyre of Murfreesboro and Ella Grace McIntyre of Murfreesboro; her siblings, Travis Carter, Jr. (Margaret) of Milan and Linda Ray of Atwood; and her brother-in-law Jack Ray. She was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
