Henley (Shannon) of Newbern, TN., Mary Irvin Lewis (Freddie) of Humboldt and Carrie Irvin Byrd (Adam) of Milan; and his siblings, Donnie Henley (June) of Madison, AL and Lisa Kay Hamilton of Jackson, TN. He is also survived by his three children.
