He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Clayton Riggins, Sr. and Hazel Riggins (Slayton); his daughter Juanita Riggins; and his sister Dovie Graves. He is survived by: his wife Patricia "Pat" Riggins (Ellison); his children, Bobby Riggins of Jackson, Jeremy Puckett of Gibson and Amanda Trull (James) of Gleason; and his brothers, Frank Riggins (Connie) of Oakland and Colin Riggins of Jackson. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 25 great grandchildren.
