It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cecil Dean of Milan, Tennessee, who passed away on October 3, 2020, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Benjamin Dean and Edith Shakely Dean; and his brothers, Charles Dean, Tom Dean and Don Dean.
He is survived by: his sons, Randy Dean (Lisa) of Corinth, MS and Brian Dean (Linda) of Brazil, TN; his siblings, Norman Dean of Indiana, Margaret Harkrader, Carolyn Dean and Barbara Jean Dean; and his grandchildren, Mason Dean, Tiffani Dean, Aaron Dean and Mikayla Dean.
