He was predeceased by: his sister Sandra Kay Blankenship. He is survived by: his parents, James Charles and Betty Lynn Hendricks Miller; his daughter Sheena Miller of Bradford; and his siblings, Steve Miller (Alice) of Milan, James Michael Miller (Sherry Fay) of Bend, OR and Jodie Weaver (Joe) of Collinwood, TN. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
