She is survived by: her husband Jack Smith of Milan; her children, Tammy Scott (Ronald) of Milan and Roger Smith (Traci) of Milan; her siblings, Haskel Woodard, Jr. (Norma Jean) of Trezevant and Louise Stanford of West Memphis, AR; her grandchildren, Morgan Mahan (Paul) of Milan, Maegan Malady (Jonas) of Milan, Justin Scott (Donna) of Trenton and Janna Ferrell (Josh) of Gibson; and her great grandchildren, Kylie Scott, Katelyn Scott, Kobe Scott, Kaleb Scott, Riley Ferrell, Aubrey Ferrell, Kennedy Charlotte Mahan and Madeline Collins Malady.
