He was predeceased by: his father James Sanders Fowler. He is survived by: his wife Joy Fowler of Milan, TN; his mother Mozelle Ray of Kociusko, MS; his daughter YancyBeth (Matt) of Madison, MS; his brother Sandy Fowler (Anna) of Denver, CO; his grandson Oliver Boothe; and his niece Alexandria Fowler.
Memorials may be directed to The American Heart Association or to St Matthew's Catholic Church in Milan.
