He is survived by: his parents, Wesley Lewis of Jackson and Amy Sanders of Milan, Paternal; his grandparents, Jimmy Lewis of Atwood and Theresa Lewis of Jackson, Paternal; his great-grandparent James Lewis of Atwood, Maternal; his grandmothers, Donna Sanders Lewis and Tammie Jones; his great-grandparent Ann Jones; and his siblings, Lucas Lewis of Oklahoma City, Kacey Lewis of Oklahoma City, Nate Jackson of Milan, Ben Jones, Alexis Lewis of Oklahoma City, OK, Kailee Powell of Milan and Amberly Jones.
