She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Blankenship and Vera Matthews Blankenship; her husband Homer Harper; and her son Jimmy Harper. She is survived by: her children, Charlie Harper (Kathleen) of Chicago and Judy Johnson (Hulon) of Milan; and her grandchildren, Charlie Harper (Lisa) of Chicago, Heather Powell (Eric) of Milan, Cynthia Johnson of Medina and Cherri King of Medina. She is also survived by six great grandchildren.
