She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Farley and Lily May Farley. She is survived by: her husband Terry Coffman; her sons, Jerry Lynn Coffman (Toni Cunningham) and Jason Coffman; and her siblings, Bobby Farley, Gary Farley (Charlotte), Cathy Martin (Mark) and Jimmy Farley (Connie).
