He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Marshall King Lowery and Lexie Oliver Lowery; his wife Billie Frank Lowery; and his children, Jennie Lynn Bradford, David Lowery (Janice) of Henderson, Phyllis Lowery Sappington (Wayne) of Humboldt and Lisa Bradford Criswell (Bobby) of Trenton. He was also cherished by five grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren.
