He was predeceased by: his son Mario Harris; his parents, James Harris and Louise Harris; and his mother-in-law Mary Ruth Moncier. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Harris; his children, Eric Harris, Charley Melton, Leah Ball (John), Selena Tuggle (Albert), Paula Harris, Rachel Harris, Steven Harris, Jessie Melton and Jennie Melton; his grandchildren, Tyler Harris, Waylon Harris (Elisa), Alexander Harris (Abigail), Abby Harris, Gracie Harris, Gabbie Griggs, Ella Ball, Emma Ball, Everleigh Ball and Malachi Tuggle; his siblings, Glenna Ottinger (Ken), Lynn Harris and Steve Harris (Mary); his father-in-law Charles "Danny" Moncier; and his siblings-in-law, James, Karen Moncier, Jeff, Michelle Moncier, Angie and Randall Walker. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
