He is survived by: his wife Fran Carter; his son Jason (Allison Carter); his grandchildren, Gwenyth of Tampa, FL, Jaxson of Tampa, FL and Alex Carter of Tampa, FL; his mother Kathryn Carter; and his siblings, Ruth Lamb, Billy Joe Carter and Michael Carter. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; and all of his friends.
