It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Johnny Ragon Sr. of Midway, Tennessee, who passed away on June 15, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Lurrell Mary E.; his grandmother Weems Ragon; his granddaughter April Mochan Story; his great grandchild Naomi Grace Seaton; his parents, Earl Ragon and Ada Ragon; and his sisters, Elouise Myers, Geraldine Ripley and Linda Rhea Voiles.
He is survived by: his children, Yvonnda Davis of Warrensburg, Tammy Hensley (Leonard "Peanut"), Lois Ragon of Midway and Rev. Johnny W. "Bo"; his daughter-in-law Denise Ragon of Mosheim; and his grandchildren, Melanie Ragon, David W. Hinkle, Temeka Jennings, Latashia Ragon, Emma Seaton, Jan Dean, June Carter and Joan Parker. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren, and numerous great great grandchildren.
