She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur C. Ann and Sarah Ann; her husband Clyde E. Jacobs; her son Kenneth B. Jacobs; her brothers, William E. "Bill" Barry and Ross T. Barry; her nephew Wade E. Shetters; and her daughters-in-law, Angela Leigh Jacobs and Becky Coutta Jacobs.
She is survived by: her sons, Jerry R. Jacobs (Carlette) of Midway, Dennis Ray Jacobs (Janet) of Midway and Tommy Jacobs (Gloria) of Monteagle; her daughter-in-law Rebecca Jacobs of Jasper; her siblings, James A. Barry (Judy) and Patricia J. (Martin Shetters); her grandchildren, Jim R. Jacobs, Timothy C. Jacobs (Sallie), Sam F. Jacobs (Renee), Raelessa B. Porter (Joey), Lanette Fults (Stacey), Kenneth A. Jacobs (Chrissy), Billie E. Jacobs, Jerry K. Jacobs, Thomas R. Jacobs (Erin) and Kimberly Holen (Austin); her great grandchildren, Dennis W. Jacobs (Lori), Carla A. Green (Joshua), Eliza L. Jacobs, Cassidy Jones, Madisen R. Porter, Avin J. Porter, J. Quinn Porter, Nikki B. Wiley, Colton Jacobs, Jori Jacobs, Bianca Jacobs, Brionna Cleveland (Wesley), DeAndre Hill, Emma Jacobs, Audrey Jacobs, Kimberly Holen and Kaitlin Holen; her great great grandchildren, Carmen S. Green, Josie J. Green, Reagan Jackson, Aubrionna Cleveland, Asher Cleveland and Baby Jacobs; her close friend Evelyn Taylor; and her son Clyde.
