She is survived by: her children, Sharon Henry Collins, Michael Henry (Rebekah) and Kim Henry (Shelly); her grandchildren, Jennifer Winegar, Christie Spears (James), Jason Collins (Pam), Angie Turbyfield (Stephen), David Henry (Gina), Eric Henry (Amanda), Kaysie Henry Hutson, Benjamin Henry (Ashley Marie) and Meghan Henry; her great grandchildren, Brianna Winegar, Madison Winegar, Tanner Henry, Victoria Fox, Skyler Spears, Drew, Mason, Elynn Turbyfield, Taylor, Addy Collins, Christian Henry (Dehlia), Zachary Henry, Elijah Henry, Jessica Smith, Garrett Smith (Tara), Rebekah, Michael Hutson, Madelyn Seaton, Jaida Jones, Rhiley, Ryker, Rhilynn and Hunter Henry; her great great grandchildren, Kenslee Smith, Jax Smith, Callie Nuccio, Dominic Smith and Julian Deleon; her sister-in-law Willie Kate Kirk; her caregiver Cindy Ayers; her close friend Tibbit Crittenden; her son-in-law Howard Collins; her brothers, Buck (Dee), Frank (Henry), Andrew (Jack) and James (Billy Joe); and also Wade Smith. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews including a special nephew.
