She was predeceased by: her parents, Dorothy Miser and Arnley Miser; her husband Minnis "Ralph" Seay; and her siblings, Nell Ramsey (Charles), Betty Key (Denton), Louise Harris (James), Ada Davis and Jessee Miser (Vivian).
She is survived by: her children, Billy Weeks of Midway, Candice (Frankie Moore), Penny (Gary Harville), Laura Everhart of Greeneville and Kathy (Tony Voiles); her siblings, Doris Metcalf (Hubert), Kathleen Key (Joann) of Greeneville, JR and Williard Miser (Beverly) of Midway; her close friend Tabbygail; her son-in-law Dylan Tesnear of Chuckey; her grandchildren, Dylan Lee, Daron Lee (Brittney Mullett) of Midway, Brandon Weeks of Mosheim, Cheyenne and Ashlee Weeks of South Carolina; her great grandchildren, Kaison, Easton Tesnear, Noah Lee, Branston and Malachi Weeks; and her close friends, Raeleen Boykin, Cassondra Engerson, Tammy Rector and Angel Gulley. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren, and her special pup.
In lieu of flowers, monetary donations can be sent to the funeral home to help defray funeral expenses.
