He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Thomas Howell and Louise Sisco Howell. He is survived by: his siblings, Mary Frances Thornton of Bolivar, Dorothy Louise Stewart (Mike) of Selmer, David Howell (Martha) of Middleton and Johnny Howell (Brenda) of Bolivar. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three sisters, Mary Ola Harris, Brenda Faye Howell and Linda Kaye Gardner; and a brother, Charles Ray Howell, Memorial contributions in his name may be sent to Hebron Baptist Church.
