He is survived by: his sons, Richard Carl Bourne, Jr. (Christy Smith) of Cave City, KY and Shane Christopher Bourne (Lauren Sinquefield Bourne); his sister Ruby Ann Applegate of Hot Springs, AR; his grandchildren, Ashlee Savannah Howell (Jason Douglas Howell), Allison Hope Lax (Evin Riley Lax), Ellie Jan Bourne, Jere Lynn Bourne, Blake Hunter Bourne and Cody Dewayne Bourne; and his great grandchildren, Carson Cale Howell, Collier Reid Howell, Isabella Hope Lax and Paisley Riley Lax.
