He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel James Wade and Lona Wade; his close friend Shirley Allen; his children, Treva Parrish and Steve Wade; and his brother James Wade.
He is survived by: his daughter Beverly Stout (William) of Greenfield, TN; his siblings, Linda Reynolds of Greenfield, Thelma Bass of Trenton and Jerry Wade of Milan; and his son Freddie Allen of Middleton. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; several step children, step grandchildren and step great grandchildren.
