He was predeceased by: his parents, Linzie P. Madden and Bessie Mae Day Madden; his daughter Carrie Kay Faulk; and his siblings, Eunice Mae Gaston and Thomas Jefferson Madden.
He is survived by: his wife Tsuya Okuno Madden of Middleton; his children, Terry Howie (Bennie) of Cordova and Gary Lee Patterson (Christy) of Cordova; his nephew Rick Madden (Barbara) of Jeffersonville, IN; and his son-in-law Greg Faulk of Cordova. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren.
