James Pulliam Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Pulliam of Middleton, Tennessee, born in Walnut, Mississippi, who passed away on January 22, 2021, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Louise Pulliam; his parents, Holmes Pulliam and Lillian Byrd Pulliam; and his siblings, Mansel Pulliam, Iris Stinson and Annie Thomas.

He is survived by: his son Jimmy Pulliam (Brownie) of Jackson, TN; his grandson Andrew Pulliam of Jackson, TN; and his sister Carolyn Harrell of Jackson, MS. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested memorials be given to the Music Ministry of the First Baptist Church of Bolivar, TN.
