James Dewey Stewart Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Dewey Stewart of Middleton, Tennessee, who passed away on August 7, 2022 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Will Dewey and Hattie Athalia McBride Stewart; his wife Pauline Nelms; and his siblings, Christine Stewart, Vivian Geer, Dorothy Williams, Faye Gullett, Glenda Luttrell, Verlon Baker, Mary Elizabeth Vincent and Delbert Stewart.
He is survived by: his daughters, Paula Pickens of Jackson and Judy Williams (Keith) of Piperton; his sisters, Mackye Hosse of Memphis, Brenda James of Baldwyn, MS and Jeanette Harrell of Walnut, MS; his grandchildren, Ragon Hobbs (Cory) of Arlington, TN, Clint Cox of Middleton, Brooke McNutt (Brad) of Moulton, AL and Sara Heflin (Travis) of Niceville, FL; and his great grandchildren, Mallory, Max Hobbs, Drew, Conner, Reed McNutt and Graham Heflin.
