He was predeceased by: his parents, Jewell Shearon and Madge Shearon of Middleton; his wife Marion Shearon; his daughter Lorie Shearon-Hughes; and his brother Dwight Shearon.
He is survived by: his children, C. J. Hightower (Jennie) of Dyersburg, Randi Winstead of Dyersburg, Krissie Grantham (Shawn) of Middleton and Mandy Robertson (Cole) of New Albany, MS; his siblings, Deb Stewart of Pocahontas and Chris Shearon (Pat Kirk) of Hornsby; and his grandchildren, Evan, Steele, Coden, Laura Leigh, Ellie Mae, Reed, Landon, Chloe, Larson, Garrett, Maggie and Lakelynn.
