He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin Grover and Mattie Maydell Luten Oliver; and his brother Frank Lucas Oliver. He is survived by: his wife Patsy I. Oliver; his daughters, Sandy Gail Tatum, Andrea Lynn Watkins, Rhonda Ann Todd and Christina Marie Helton; his grandchildren, Kristofer Bowers, Candace Tatum, Amber Craft, Jacob Watkins, Colton Watkins, Kristen Adkinson, Kasey Adkinson, Chelsea Rogers, Melanie Rogers and Skyler Nichols; and his sisters, Laura Thorn and Sara Burress. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
