He is survived by: his spouse Joyce Vales; his parent Mary Doshie Forsythe Vales; his spouse Joyce Manley; his children, Yvonne Lacefield of Colorado, Jennifer Vales of Middleton, Donna Vales of Bolivar and Chris Vales; his stepchildren, James David Reed (Mary Kay) of Bethel Springs, Deborah Jones of Bolivar, Judy Bean (Michael) of Kingsport, TN and Wanda Manley of Bethel Springs; and his siblings, Bonnie Dunston (Bob) of Alabama, Frances of Henderson and Johnny Vales of Henderson.
