He is survived by: his mother Sarah Moore Howard; his wife Annette Prince Howard of Michie, TN; his son Cody Howard (Ashley); his grandchildren, Braylon and Daxton of Nixon, TN; his daughter Allison Howard of Shiloh, TN; his brother Craig Howard (Shannon) of Michie, TN; his nephew Colton Howard; his niece Chloe Howard; his uncle Charles Moore; his cousin Chris Moore; his uncle Buddy Moore (Patty); and his cousins, Jamie Moore (Wendy) and Justin Moore.
Visitation will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Lebanon United Methodist Church (250 Chambers Store Rd, Michie, TN 38357). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 at the Lebanon Cemetery (300 Chambers Store Rd, Michie, TN 38357).
