She was predeceased by: her husband George Moffett; her parents, Camillann Zawadzki and Gierman Zawadzki; and her brother William "Bobby Bill" Zawadzki. She is survived by: her sons, Joseph "Joey" Moffett, William "Billy" Moffett (Melissa) and Thomas "Tommy" Moffett (Jennifer); her grandchildren, Billy Wayne Moffett (Kelsie), Ann Marie Moffett, Jennifer Nicole Moffett, Robert Lee Moffett and Alex Aitken (Kelsey); her great grandchildren, Christopher Moffett, Kalin Moffett, Kailey Grace Moffett, Zachary Moffett, Andrew Ward, Kimberly Ward, Lailah Ward, Azraella Loraine Grace and Elana Nicole Arnold; her siblings, Joe Zawadzki (late Bobbie), Jim Zawadzki (Diane) and Mary Zawadzki; and her brother-in-law Charlie Moffett (late Teresa).
