He is survived by: his wife Cornelia George Counce; his children, Mark Counce (Charlotte), Toni Randolph (Odell), Terrell George (Linda) and Dana Holmes (Wes); and his grandchildren, Jennifer Williams (Jason), Shane Carmon (Carly), Jason Randolph (Sheree), Katie Woodfin (Trey), Caroline Fletcher (Jon), Molly Mullins (Craig), Andrew Holmes (Briley), Zack Holmes and Maggie Howie (Mitchell).
