He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Herbert Bailey and Hattie Pearl Herron Bailey; and his wife Elizabeth Anne Johnson Bailey. He is survived by: his children, Mitzi Bailey Kirk (Larry) and Mike Bruce Bailey (Terri); his grandchildren, Connor Johnson Kirk and Bailey Davis Kirk; his sister Peggy Bailey Robinson; his brother-in-law Arthur Johnson Jr.; his nieces and nephews, Denise Robinson Bell, Jill Johnson, Greg Robinson and Arthur Johnson III; and also, Will Bell III, Kendall, Bailey Bell, Anna, Parker Bell, Lacy, Palmer Bell, Hayes Bell, Drew Johnson, Abby, Haley Haltom Couch and Cody Haltom.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Malesus Baptist Church (480 Old Malesus Rd, Jackson, TN 38301). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
