He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Audra and Ernestine Watkins; and his brothers, Petie Watkins and Harold Watkins. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Mask; his children, Cyndi Brown and Bill Watkins (Marilyn); and his grandchildren, John, Audra, Josh, Alleigh, Miranda and Katye. He is also survived by 3 great grandchildren.
