He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. C. R. Webb and Martha Webb of Ripley. He is survived by: his daughter Lynne; his wife Jo; his brothers, Kirby (Leta), John (Sally) and Ray (Martha); and his children, Bill, Jr. (Robin), Leigh Robinson (Greg), Blonie (Hayley) and Jo.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Canale Funeral Directors (2700 Union Ave Extended, Memphis, TN 38112). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 1:30 PM at 2632 TN-209, Ripley, TN 38063.
