He is survived by: his wife Susan; his daughter Carol Johnson; his son-in-law Scott Johnson; his son Robert Frazee; his daughter-in-law Courtney Frazee; his grandchildren, Susanna, Daniel, Thomas Johnson, William, Jennings and Laurel Frazee; his brother-in-law Nancy Bern; and also, Murray Bern and Alan Bern.
