Wesley Phipps Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Wesley Phipps in Memphis, Tennessee, born in Baltimore, Maryland, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 15, 2025 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Wesley may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Joshua, Callie Beth, Isaac, Hanna and Amos; his wife Alice; his son Stephan (Elizabeth); and his siblings, Jane Gilpin and Weston Phipps.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Calvary Baptist Church (3812 Kirby Pkwy, Memphis, TN 38115).
