He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter C. Williams and Muriel Skoog Williams. He is survived by: his fiancé Sandy Talley of Memphis, Tennessee; and his siblings, Janet Williams of Davis, California and Russell Williams (Susan) of Rocklin.

In lieu of flowers, he requested any memorial.
