We are sad to announce that on February 25, 2023, at the age of 69, Walter Russell Willard Jr. in Memphis, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Walter "Russ" Russell Willard Sr. and Rosa Willard (Bond); his granddaughters, Alice and Maggie Willard; and his siblings, Rose Hart, Janet Morris, Daniel Willard (Tilly), Jennifer Simmons, Robert Willard (April), Julia Wilber and Millie Heckler. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations can be made to the Wounded Warrior Project in Walter's name to help veterans in need.
