He is survived by: his wife Betty Ann Williams; his sons, Gregory Mack (Sylestine), Theodore Mack II and Anton Mack; his grandchildren, Darius Mack (Sakina), Gregory Mack II, Jessica Smith (Kevin) and Theodore Mack III; his great grandchildren, Kevin Smith, Malika Mack, Amira Mack, Niyla Smith, Darin Smith, Tyler Mack, Jadin Smith and Rayan Mack; and his siblings, Irene Lewis, Lois Jean Bunton, Rozier Mack and Calvin Mack.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the West Tennessee Veterans Cemetery (4000 Forest Hill Irene Rd, Memphis, TN 38125).
