It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sylvia J. Pate (Memphis, Tennessee), who passed away on February 6, 2023, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her children, Rose Webber and Willie Pate Jr.; and her sister Diane Webber. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
